Who we are
Open Window Co. is a small online shop for sleep sets and night dresses, based in Sugar Land, Texas. We started it with women in perimenopause and beyond in mind, and we look for easy, relaxed shapes in every piece we add.
The name
Plenty of us sleep with the bedroom window cracked open, whatever the season. We named the shop after that habit.
How we work
- Every product page states that the item is imported and where it ships from, and our shipping policy lists handling and estimated delivery times before you buy.
- Fabric, care and size charts on our product pages are as listed by our supplier.
- We email you a tracking link as each package ships.
- Your first size or color exchange on an order is free within 30 days of delivery.
How your order is fulfilled
We work with fulfillment partners who pack and ship orders directly from their warehouses. Each product page names where it ships from. If your items ship from different warehouses, or a warehouse sends your order in parts, they may arrive in separate packages, and you'll get a tracking email for each one.
